It's not really a question, more of a command, and it's a terrible one at that, simply because it is so vague. I often will just ask the interviewer "what are you most interested in hearing about?" and that generally will lead to a more specific question from them, such as "tell me about your most recent project or job" or "What do you find interesting?" or something to that effect.

I'm a firm believer that an interview is a two-way process, and that if you don't feel a question is a good one, helping the interviewer rephrase/reframe it so you can have a more fruitful conversation.
