It's weird -- the only reason I really care is because of Facebook's SSO capabilities. FB's a single point of failure for anybody that uses it for authentication. (Which I imagine is a few people.)
I wish they would rather stop abusing the VoIP privileges in the iOS app and stop running in the background constantly using battery. We used to call that behaviour "malware". They can make up 10 more fancy slides and titles like that one, but it won't excuse it.
11k employees, 970 million daily actives, one of the companies "changing the world", and yet people say you don't know anything based on sporadic outages.
