Well, can you provide me with another similar example in the last 5 years ? Maybe Save will be the next blablacar. We got one of them every 10 years, so who knows. It's insignificant when analysing the economy of the country, though it makes people hope things aren't as bad as they are.
If you manage to find a great business, you can accomodate with cumbersome legislation. Either because you're making huge margins, or because you can afford to hire people that will find loopholes and do the paperwork.
