Ask HN: Looking for Feedback on Heroku for Live Streaming Idea

I have been looking into creating a Heroku for Live Streaming.
The idea is that anyone can setup and streaming node and then our infrastructure will handle all the transcode and CDN for the event. Unlike others this service would only charge you for the time and data used and have no monthly fees.
Some other key features are:
Analytics: We give detailed analytics about who watched, where and if and when they dropped out along with a host of other data points.
Chat: Viewers can chat live along with the content and the user streaming gets the transcript with their analytics.
Tickets: You can ticket the stream if you wish, either free tickets so that you can fix costs or paid which will allow the user to generate revenue.
I am very interested to find out people's thoughts on this and anything that may be missing or I have over looked. We are currently testing the service with artists in the music industry but the service can be used for any event. Below is the URL which for more info.
