2. Everyone - whether an individual blogger or a large enterprise - out to use a hybrid or cloud-based DDoS mitigation service like Imperva Incapsula. It's the only service with security first (other providers are CDNs and other add-ons with security as a second thought, but whomever you use, something is better than nothing).
