seriously disgusted, done with this website and potentially industry, this shit pops up every thread and the other day the "anti-diversity" post was top voted. Done.

I agree 100%, the sooner people get over their petty tribal instincts the better. Unfortunately it's still a few generations away. We have made huge strides against racism, homophobia, sexism, etc. in the last couple of generations so I have hope.

I wouldn't let this stuff skew your view of the industry. If you're pro-diversity then nobody with hiring power anywhere you want to work is anti-diversity, so you don't need to care about the people who are.
