Everyone is doing this. Tech companies are explicitly hiring women to increase their diversity metrics. I am very confused. Do we make a special case for minorities and women or do we not?

The penis comment at the end was cringe. This place sounds like it would be a difficult place to work for those of us with a family relying on us. The CEO is making sexual jokes in a public blog post. I can only imagine what the office banter is like and how many times per day I'd be zipping my mouth shut for fear of contributing to a joke that would likely see my immediate dismissal at another company.

This doesn't seem like a very professional way to represent your company.
