It's a bit weird, only the 128 GB Mini 4 is available at the moment, which means the Mini is $70 more expensive than a base level iPad 9.7".

So they killed the Mini 2 which was cheaper than the new entry-level iPad. But the 128 GB mini 4 costs what the 32 GB mini 4 cost before today, so that value got quite a bit better.

It's still on the product page; it appears that only the "air" went away, seemingly in favor of an un-differentiated iPad branding.
