No offense Sunir but why would you want to outsource your projects. Your a small company in Toronto and you have plenty of talent. Either a) your looking to hire on the cheap in which case what out Freshbooks customers! or b) you can't find talent in Toronto which i can't believe is true.
Why don't you start a wing here in Vancouver and maintain your Canadian Talent?
