Just curious what exactly is Spotify looking for, as it seems that all DPO options (http://www.referenceforbusiness.com/small/Co-Di/Direct-Public-Offerings.html) have a fairly small cap for the amount they can raise in a year. Does anyone know what exact type of DPO they're after, and how/if they plan to go around the raise limit?
