Percentage of Users Who Don't Use an App Straight After Installation?

An example of a critical event is playing a song, if an app is a music player. In other words, if a user arrives on a critical event, it means they've got a value out of an app.
The data I'm looking for is different from D1 retention. It's just an average percentage of users who don't get an app straight after an install.
I'm trying to test one of my product ideas by building an MVP. The main metric of a success for me is an MAU (monthly active users). There's statistics on the Internet about average MAUs and DAUs. But what I haven't seen is any data on people who don't use newly installed apps at all.
Basically, I want to know whether I should be worried if I see that, say, 20% of installs don't lead into any user actions at all. And if on average 20% of users never use an installed app, then it's finea. Otherwise, I should take it as a signal of a problems in my idea or its implementation.
