There are plenty of companies that will sell a fully packaged service that includes risk scoring of an IP address, based on information about IP addresses, including whether they are blacklisted, come from TOR, etc. For an example, see the second page of this marketing PDF from F5: https://www.f5.com/pdf/products/silverline-threat-intelligence-datasheet.pdf

However, I'm having a harder time finding sources for raw data listsor APIs that don't try to figure out the risk for me, but instead just give me the "known facts" about the IP.

Anyone have any services they have experiences with?
