I want to build a gaming review site using machine learning and neural networks

I want to build a site which takes data from amazon, reddit and other forums and organises the data to give reviews on gaming products

In the spirit of this, but tailored to gamers:

The ultimate aim would be to have a website where you could at a product and get a score based on amazon reviews, reddit comments and other metrics.

Like this, except for gaming products:

I have a few questions:

-Would this be difficult to build?

-How much would it cost to hire a freelancer to do it (obviously a ball-park figure)
