Just one country, but that might have something to do with it.

And foreign aid makes up 23% of their GDP.
In business it is common to dispense with non-performing assets. Can entire countries and peoples be non-performing? This might sound harsh, but in the era of resource depletion and global warming, mother nature herself is going to be harsh.
I think our aid should be wholly in the form of contraception, not food. A ballooning African population is good for nobody.

Native Americans died from diseases and conflicts with a superior group of people. Competition for resources is a core driver of evolution and is nothing new for any species on Earth.
