Drawing circumference on map

I'm looking for an online map like google's, but that will let you pick a point and draw a cirumference at a given distance in miles. The map area can be shaded or just drawn to show you what geographic area is included.

Does anyone know of any online apps for this. Otherwise any desktop apps for this?
