I just started hacking Argentina laws

I few days ago I had the idea to buy like 500 of these:

And give them for free to all Ubers drivers of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

So they can bypass the restriction on receiving money with the Credit card/Debit card.

I believe that, 500 people talking about a random guy give them the stuff for free will make some impact eventually.

They will tell their close Ubers friends. They even have Whatsapp groups!. I'm sure it will spread like fire.
