Facebook download information pending for 12 days

Hello HN. I have submitted a request to download my information off of Facebook for about 12 days now, and I still have not received my download link in my email. Not only this, but upon entering FB and going to the Download information section, the status is still pending.

I have contacted FB on different mediums but they have yet to answer me. Can something be done?
