there is no big bang that was just an extrapolation there is the gradual condensation of matter into energetic plateaus of stable states. this is why there are 3 versions of the subatomic particles, there is too much energetic content for any thing lower than elementally pure matter, and not enough energy for things like higgs bosons to exist beyond localized high energy frames of reference.

also the speed of light is not an intrinsic process of photons, it is an intrinsic process of space it self.

matter creates a localized distortion /read energetic content or quantum wave function for a feymanian model/ this wave can not propagate or oscillate at a rate faster than the /speed of light/
