Well guys, it's due to lot of immigration and refugees specially Islamic ones freely moving inside EU through Sweden and Germany.

US has already paid once when Patriot act did not exist and everything was free, free movement of money and people. It doesn't want to repeat it again.

This is a bad move on part of EU as US doesn't let anyone in without strict background checks, so accept anyone from US to EU is relatively safe.

But reverse is not true due to refugee crisis.

Most people are missing the important context here charging based on ideals, not based on timeline and facts.
