Boeing have taken a hit to their reputation, Bombardier and Airbus rejoices at the news. but wtf is up with FAA, I thought this was a no-spin zone.

I just watched the documentary on the guy that created the Joe Sutter, such an amazing feat, I have no doubts Boeing will recover but its the FAA I'm worried about and their delayed response.
