It's an almost stock experience and my Nexus 6P is still going strong after a battery replacement.

iOS is a non-starter for me. I refuse to buy any device that does not allow me to install whatever I want or run any code I want without paying for said privilege.

Recent developments lead me to believe that both iOS and Android are actively harmful to our future. I hope that open source operating systems for phones become robust enough in the next 20 years so that we can look back at this time as the dark ages of mobile computing.
