Solar. Generator. Isn't that an oxymoron? I don't believe this equipment is real.

No. I've got the same thing in my RV. Solar panels, big-ass battery, big-ass inverter. It serves the exact same purpose as the propane-powered generator built into the RV (were it not for the air conditioner, I'd just remove it), and it runs on solar. I don't even know what the hell else you'd call it but a "solar generator".

They did have them manufactured, and they shipped some of them. http://www.dcsolardistribution.com/products/mobile-generator... It's a trailer with solar panels.

At first I mourned the environmental cost caused by this fraud. After seeing the 'generators' at least I can let that slide. I think this is probably the best example of 'virtue signalling' I've ever seen.

A solar generator is just a solar panel attached to an AC inverter and (usually) a battery. You can buy small ones at Home Depot.
