America has proven to all countries out there - be they democratic or under a dictatorship, that it will interfere whenever its interests are not fullfilled. In addition, the US demonstrated itself as a unreliable partner to several of its closest allies- lets not forget that obama created a food-shortage for biofuels - creating the arab spring. Or Lybia, a country which gave up a just started uranium enrichment program only to be invaded.

So the actual question is - why do only so few countries go for nukes? Mexico, Venezuela, Syria and Taiwan for example could use them too. Obvious nobody is save from the bullies on the school yard, except if he/she carries a gun.
