The real issue is that people are illegally bringing their kids (or other people's children) over the border through dangerous conditions (100 degree weather, no water, kids are abused, etc). Our doctors do everything they can, but sometimes children die as a result of these conditions.

I suppose they could be angry at the people from Latin and South America for putting these children in this situation in the first place, but what would that accomplish?

We can either:

1) Turn them all away 2) Detain the adults and kids together and risk molesters and abusers continuing to abuse these children until we can figure out their legal status 3) Detain them separately 4) Let them into our country

#3 is the most humane and #4 is not realistic. The conditions in the detainment centers are also a result of funding that was cut by the Democrats.

It's pretty sick for a political party (the Democrats) to point at the poor conditions of these detainment centers yet cut the funding at the same time, which would result in better conditions.
