My last senior dev was an aspie and I aswell. We connected on levels that none of the other team mates could. It was like a perfect interface for communicating everything.

I miss working with him. Unfortunately my boss really didn't like how I behaved socially and I got alienated over time. I quit to pursue something else, and I haven't seen a co-worker in days.
