I would say the victim hierarchy social policy engineers throw anyone/group under the bus who does better than average because they hurt the "victims."

Also, for example, if I were a black male, I would insist on being measured by the same standards and criteria as anyone else out of fundamental pride. Separating people based on non-performance factors is a slippery slope that doesn't do students' self-confidence or capabilities gained from hard-work any favors. If black males were falling behind in test scores because of socioeconomic factors, address the factors with more preparation, nutrition, study support, etc., not watering-down the tests or grading standards based on identity politicking.
