Can moving air without altering the temperature be considered an air conditioner? Does blowing air away from you as you sleep mean that you wont be hot anymore? If so, then blowing hot air from outside of the residence is "air conditioning". But cooling off the body does happen when airflow is increased, but not by any measurable amount.. certainly not when the air temperature is 85°+
