Are you arguing for an America with no borders that will accept anyone who can afford to arrive there? Do you know of any country that operates like that or can afford to do that if it has some kind of welfare system.

Your phrase 'allow talent' implies discrimination else how do you define talent? So, as you see it, what happens to those who have no apparent talent?
