no, it is too fancy, cluttered, and hard to read. creative, yes, full credit there. but not easy to read, and comes across as pretentious. great if you're looking for graphic design work. not great if you're looking for engineering work or programming work. simple, black ink on white paper, edited content (get to "the point"), easy to scan and read quickly is what you want.
