That list of cities is a bit whimsical. I don’t often think of Juneau. It doesn’t seem like the kind of city of international prominence, where people might consider moving to advance in their careers. In fact it is not even on Wikipedia’s list of American cities. According to Wikipedia, my university has more undergraduate students than Juneau has citizens.
