Easy ordering for web based app

We are looking to integrate easy ordering of ingredients into our web based application. The problem we are facing is that we need to be able to place the orders and have them delivered to the correct user as opposed to filling the users own cart to pay for the items themselves (the functionality provided by all of the public APIs we have found).

Does anyone know of an API that could do this or have any other ideas for how to solve this problem?
