They love PR speak and buzzwords. I'm still waiting on my "Amazon Executive Support" person to explain how I was sent previously opened and seemingly washed socks. How about all the other opened products I get listed as new? The fake reviews that are oh-so obvious and have been around for years without a dent?

They are top tier BS. I take advantage of them as much as I can ;) After all the stuff they've made me return or sold me as new, I don't feel bad at all.
