Best app back end to use for location-based apps in 2020?

Firebase (even with GeoFirestore) seems severely limited in terms of queries, e.g. find all users within 10km of the current location who are between 18 and 25, male and are interested in x,y,z is currently impossible.

What alternatives are there that facilitate this type of query in 2020?
