I switched to a high cholesterol diet. Almost only meat , raw milk(grass fed) and raw egg yolks (monthly liver) combined with 20 minutes of running shirtless. Besides getting very lean I’ve also not been sick once during this. I usually get sick all the time. It’s antidotal but my diet would now be really high in k2 vitamin A and natural Vitamin D
