The new FinTech banks are eating their lunch by providing mobile apps that innovate rapidly due to being build from the ground up with modern tech.

The old banks take years to rollout a simple feature like locking your card from the app due to being stuck on mainframes or some ancient stack.

Moving to mongodb doesnt sound like the right solution though there are better choices out there.
