If it said ‘he’ would you have gone to check for verification of this? The quote altering is odd but this ‘jumping out at you’ is also a bit weird.

Given that they mentioned a male person being found just before, I got confused as well. "Heath Ledger" => "him" does not sound confusing, ergo no need to check. "If you find an unconscious person, like actress Natalie Portman... shake him, shout at him" would also be weird and suggest checking.

Oh, explains it. Though they simply said the 'her' jumped out at them, not because they felt it was in error with the question, but maybe that was it. My mistake.
