Placing, on nissan.com or nissan.net, links to other websites containing commercial content, including advertising; and 5. Placing, on nissan.com or nissan.net, links to other websites containing disparaging remarks or negative commentary regarding Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. or Nissan North America.
