Ask HN: Project Management Tools/Frameworks for Data Science/Analytics Projects?

I'd be interested in learning what project management tools/frameworks, if any, those working on data science and analytics project here use.

I don't have much experience with Agile, Waterfall and Jira but my understanding is that they are used for software development.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
