Creepiest thing I've read for a while. Is Alex Danco really condoning founder dishonesty? Personally, I walk away from working with founders who consistently fudge and exaggerate; if they can lie to their investors and customers, they will lie to their employees and, sadly, lie to themselves. If dishonesty is the gateway to Bay Area wealth, forget it. That's selling your soul for money and that's never a good bargain.
