Adults understand that the world works on a basis of game theory.

Adults understand that if my client doesn't engage in standard industry practices they will be at a disadvantage, and their business will eventually lose out to businesses that do engage in standard industry practices.

Are you such a child that you haven't heard of game theory? It seems you are either extremely uninformed of how the world works, or you are being disingenuous. Either way, that's not a beacon of understanding and light to help guide my decisions.
