The ending with GT was great, where he talked about the importance of maintaining a growth mindset in the startup and tech ecosystem, so that more startups can be built in the future.
It's something that you see in podcasting, vlogging, and comedy, where people help each other out, rather than compete with a self-serving mindset of "winner take all"
It was great to hear Garry spread the message of wanting to help others, from both a VC and company-building standpoint

One fun thing from this episode: I never realized that before Initialized when Garry was a partner at YC, he was designing early homepages for companies in the batch… including HelloSign and GOAT :)
Thank you! Yea I didn't know how much of a designer / hacker Gary is. I'm still sad about Posterous. Email to post anything was so innovative. I think that's how the Square Cash team got inspired to do email to send money.
Acquired is definitely one of the better tech podcasts out there. Been listening since season one, lots of good lessons learned but also super entertaining and fun.
