Utilities are regulated very differently from "traditional" public companies so you're going to end up with answers around that (which is fine if it's what you intended just giving you a heads up).

Utilities don't work that way since we've made laws that say they don't work that day. That's the point of the article.

A false accusation can essentially shutdown a lifetime's worth of work into a business. That's not right and that should be illegal
