Loved your summary, really appreciate your input. I am CTO for just 1.5 years now and can relate to a lot of the points mentioned, although of course not on your level.

I still need to learn to cope with your second point about taking care of many things. It sometimes feels as if everything "technical" by any definition is handed to me by non-technical people.

Any suggestions on how to handle that? I (and I guess some others as well) Would really appreciate your advice!
