We're dealing with these types of issues at my workplace and I'd really appreciate some solid advice on what to do. Doing what the article says and having as few of them as possible in production doesn't feel right to me? But at the same time if you have a lot of them it feels like you run into some The Boy Who Cried Wolf type issues.
