Guys, I know this is going to turn into a partisan mudfest, but this is a real hack and a legitimate security problem with a popular (albeit partisan) website. A lot of people are going to be affected, it's going to drive news. HN needs to be allowed to discuss it.

Except this specific one isn't. It's the blog they use for announcements, not the network.

This is actually hilarious. Their keys all just hanging out in a php file. Also, who thinks building a social network on WordPress is a good idea.

> Sorry, to clarify: this is not Parler's social media platform, as far as I can tell, but rather their ancillary blog that they use for announcements, et cetera. IOW, I'm virtually certain Parler isn't running WP. No DMs were likely hacked.
