WHO WE ARE

We're a small team working on indexing, search, mobile, UI, NLP, machine learning, and massive scaling (to name a few).

We're based in SOMA in San Francisco and offer competitive salary, equity, and benefits.

We push hundreds of code changes a week - the product looks different at the end of the day than it did when the day started.

We use, create, and contribute to open source projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for great engineers. Search experience is not required but is a definite plus.

You should love using code to solve hard problems. You should know the fastest way to do something - which sometimes means the least CPU cycles and sometimes means the least programmer cycles. Your knowledge of data structures and algorithms should be solid - whether you learned it at a university, from a book, or through experience. You'll commit code your first day.
