A potential HTTPS to HTTP downgrade attack on www.gnuradio.org is not reducing the security of all of your users significantly. The wiki with logins is on it's own subdomain which could remain HTTPS only. You distribute the code from github already. As far as I can tell www.gnuradio.org is just a press release site these days.
