Let's not ignore the elephant in the room here.

Every single one of you who use chrome daily, both on desktop or mobile, is directly contributing to Google being able to do this.

If Chrome was one of two or three browsers, google would have to at least pretend to play nice. Google is doing exactly what they accused Microsoft of trying to do in the famous Google vs Microsoft, strong arm W3C and define standards in their self interest.

At least Microsoft gave us ajax. Google just stole an AGPL browser, changed the license and marketed it heavily with the money they were giving to mozilla.
