I tried to read this article, but instead got greeted by "I am human" checkbox, then (after successfully completing captcha) "Error 1020 Access denied". Article opens just fine if i use EU or US proxy. But when i try to access it directly, or through my work VPN, or through russian proxy, it's Access Denied.

It seems that authors of the article how "facebook can ban you for whatever reason" banned whole country.
