Here's the thing - spammers will buy any domain & spam with it. What domain it is doesn't matter. The real question is why can't these email providers with their junk-blocking technology block the junk?

Completely blocking new domains on the whole is harmful and oppressive to those using them for legitimate purposes. Kind of crazy if you think about it.
